
Transferring Boolean Review Files Using INNOPAC File Transfer Software (FTS)

In Roger (Innopac/Millennium), retrieve Boolean file: You are now ready to print/output your file. Set your parameters to either PRINT the record or LIST some of the data in the review file. When you are given the printer options:
Select printer option "File save" You will now need to transfer the file out of Roger (Innopac/Millennium). Systems has provided a FTP server for this purpose.
Select A>ADDITIONAL system functions
A list of files will appear
Select F for Send print file to another system using FTS
You will be prompted for
The list of file names will appear with the selected file designated by the
"PUT" command. A menu of options will appear. TRANSFERRING ONE FILE:If you are only transferring one file, Select "T". A message box will appear that will give you the opportunity to give the transferred file a different name. Either change the name or hit ENTER to accept the current name. Select T to transfer files, press return, a message box will appear indicating the transfer was successful. If there was a problem in the transfer, it will give you a message, please report this to the Systems Help Desk.
Select S to STOP transfer TRANSFERRING MORE THAN ONE FILE:If you are transferring more than one file, key the number(s) of the additional file(s) as listed to be transferred. The list of file names will then appear with the selected files designated by the "PUT" command.
Example: When you have finished selecting files, select "T" to transfer the files. A message box will appear that will give you the opportunity to give the transferred file a different name. Either change the name or hit ENTER to accept the current name.
Enter "C" to continue to repeat the process for each file to be transferred.
Enter Q to Quit. It is your responsibility to remove these files after transferring them out of the Roger (Innopac/Millennium) machine. You can now use any software program to retrieve the file from your LIBRARY directory (e.g. copy it to your hard disk, open it with WordPerfect, Wordpad, EXCEL, etc.). The file will be tagged with the '.p' extension.
