There are six bindery slip formats used for Science & Engineering journals. If there is no format number, the default is "1\".

The first processing note (Z note) is the title which will appear on the bindery slip. Do not use periods to indicate returns; instead use "$$".
The first bind info note (W note) is the bindery information which will appear on the bindery slip. Use the number of the bindery slip format listed above, followed by a backslash before the bind info.
