Obtain detailed information about Internet station conversions by Nov. 1998
Complete Phase 1 (aal, mus, fvl, cjk) installations in Nov. - Dec. 1998
Complete technical work on CD interface by Dec. 1998
Perform major upgrade of all station configurations by end of Dec. 1998
Finalize list of hardware (RAM and ?) upgrades and software (NT Workstation) needed for machines (CD ROM & Internet) to be converted.
Order hardware and software for conversions.
Convert CD NET stations in Jan. - Mar. 1999
Convert Internet stations in Jan. - Jun. 1999
Order Phase 2 Infostations (sshl 17, mus/fvl, cmrr-their $) in Feb. 1999
Install Phase 2 Infostations at quarter break in Apr. 1999
Determine remaining budget and order Phase 3 Infostations by Jun. 1999
Install Phase 3 Infostations in summer 1999
