    Directions, Location, Hours and General Information

    Normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. The CCC may be available during evenings and weekends for events. For more information, Contact the CCC.

    The main floor of the CCC is wheelchair accessible. Should you need specific accommodation to enable your access and participation, please contact the CCC prior to visiting at 858.534.9689 or cccenter@ucsd.edu

    Directions to the CCC

    The Cross-Cultural Center is located between the Literature Building and Visual Arts Facility, off Lyman Lane on the UCSD Campus, in La Jolla, California.

    1. From I-5 South, exit and turn left on La Jolla Village Drive - OR - From I-5 North, exit and turn right on La Jolla Village Drive. Then:
    2. Turn Right on Villa La Jolla Drive
    3. Turn Right on Gilman Drive
    4. Turn Left on Voigt Drive
    5. Turn Left on Lyman Drive

    General Information for Visiting UCSD

    Information on CCC Rooms and Facilities

    The Cross Cultural Center is available for meetings, speaker engagements, open forums, performances, and receptions. In addition, we have study lounge spaces and information/bulletin boards with campus and local community events.

    The Cross Cultural Center has a growing multicultural resource library of books, videos, magazines and other materials, most of which are available for check out. Also, a computer for Internet and Web access is available for community use in the Lobby.

    Rooms

    The following rooms are available for reservation

    * Note: Upstairs Room is not wheelchair accessible, and is not appropriate for public meetings.

    Also, the Kitchen, Front Patio and Back Patio may be available for reservation. Otherwise, our Kitchen area is available for the convenience of CCC guests and visitors. The Kitchen has a microwave and refrigerator. No oven or stovetop available!

    Instructions for Reserving Rooms at the CCC

    The CCC rooms and facilities described above are available for reservation, but space is limited. To reserve a room, please call the CCC at 858.534.9689 and speak with the CCC staff. You will need a CCC Event Reservation Form. If you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may download the form from the link below and print it. Otherwise the CCC staff can either fax or mail a copy of the form to you.

    The CCC staff would be happy to assist you in completing the form and making your reservation. Should you need specific accommodations to enable your access and use of the center, please talk the CCC staff when making your reservations and we will gladly make what arrangements we can. Please note that for large scale programs, two weeks advance reservation and walk-through is required.
