Charge

• To advise on administrative functions, policies and procedures
  
  
• To identify and arrange for appropriate training for administrative assistants
  
  
• To serve as a forum for discussion of issues of interest to administrative assistants
  
  
• To identify and evaluate new technology relevant to administrative assistant needs on an ongoing basis

Membership and Meetings

• Members are those with administrative assistant functions within the UCSD Libraries.
  
  
• Meetings are on an ad hoc basis, as requested by Administrative Assistants or other non-administrative staff.
  
  
• Non-administrative assistant staff will participate on an as-needed basis.
