Fund Activity Reports for Selector Review

These electronic versions of fund activity reports are stored for six months in electronic format on this website. The reports are normally run every two weeks. Only those funds that actually had activity during this two week period will appear. The Official Archival Copy is maintained in the Fiscal Management Unit in Acquisitions for a period of five years. If you identify a discrepancy or have any questions, please contact the Collections Fiscal Manager for clarification or correction.

To locate your own fund activity reports:

• Open the file by selecting a date.
• Click on Edit then on Find at the top of the screen.
• Type in your fund code(s).
• You will then be taken to your section of the report.
• You may wish to print out a copy for your own use.
• To print only your section, block it, and copy it to a new document.
